We founded USA Equity Investors, LLC as a way to help landowners sell their unwanted vacant, bare, and/or raw land. We have been in real estate since 1979 and have over 44 years experience which means you will enjoy working with a company that has years of experience in doing deals that are a win/win for both parties!

Many of the lots we buy are in rural, or undeveloped areas, making them hard to sell through traditional methods. However, we are interested in all types of land; rural, suburban and even commercial… we will make an offer on almost any lot, helping you to get the cash you need for other investments.

USA Equity Investors, LLC is based in Sheridan, Wyoming with Purchasing Offices in California and Arizona however, we are currently buying properties throughout the entire United States!
